Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Pizza Store Kitchen Crew to join our team.
The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and possess a passion for making delicious pizzas.
The Kitchen Crew will be responsible for preparing and cooking pizzas, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization, and ensuring that customers receive their orders in a timely and friendly manner.
We are looking for skilled and motivated Crew Members to help support our growth in the rapidly expanding restaurant industry.
The successful candidates will perform both front and back of house duties, and will be responsible for creating a pleasant dining experience for our customers.
This position will also involve fast-paced and challenging work in a busy environment and the Crew Member must have excellent customer service skills as well as a friendly attitude.
Key
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook pizzas according to customer requests and company specifications Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including washing dishes, sweeping, and mopping floors, and wiping down countertops Ensure that all food is prepared in a safe and hygienic manner, and that food storage areas are properly maintained Assist with receiving and stocking deliveries, including unpacking and storing items in the proper location Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders, and ensuring that their requests are met Assist in maintaining inventory levels and ensuring that supplies are ordered in a timely manner Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety, food preparation, and customer service
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a pizza store or similar fast-paced food service environment is preferred, but not required Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from supervisors Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays We offer a competitive pay, training, and opportunities for advancement within the company.
