Responsibilities:
Assist room attendants with heavy items such as mattresses and linens.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of floor closets; remove trash, wipe down shelves/counters; sweep floor; remove non-closet items and store in appropriate areas Respond to guests requests such as deliver of housekeeping supplies Clean other designated areas such as public restrooms, fixtures, storage areas, and other public areas for assigned floors Report to supervisor needed repairs or unsafe conditions Respond to guest complaints and ensure corrective action is taken to achieve complete guest satisfaction Monitor and control supplies and amenities, and minimize waste within all areas of housekeeping Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments May regularly assist with deep cleaning projects May assist with other duties as assigned Qualifications and Requirements:
Carrying or lifting item weighing up to 75 pounds and pushing and or pulling items up to 300 pounds Frequently standing up and moving about the facility Frequently handling objects and equipment to maintain the facility Frequently bending, stooping and kneeling May be required to drive in the performance of duties May be required to work weekends and/or holidays Candidate must complete a background check Don't quite meet every single requirement, but still believe you'd be a great fit for the job?
