Bounce House AttendantIf you enjoy working with children, providing excellent guest service, and ensuring their safety, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.
We are seeking a responsible and attentive Bounce House Attendants to join our team for a one-day event on Fort Moore (formally Fort Benning).
As a Bounce House Attendant, your primary responsibility will be to supervise children while they play in the bounce houses and ensure their safety.
You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the bounce houses and ensuring a safe environment in the surrounding area.
What You Will Do:
o Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests.
o Actively support the company culture of creating a fun and entertaining experience for internal and external guests.
o Clean out any water or dirt from each of the bounce houses when you first arrive for your shift.
o Ensure the area surrounding the bounce houses is safe at all times for children.
o Supervise the children playing and ensure that the allotted number of children in each bounce house at any given time is not exceed.
o Ensure all children are behaving appropriately and following the rules while in the bounce houses.
oAdhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.
Report any incidents, accidents, or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
What You Need:
o Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
o Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
o Ability to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
o Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
o Ability to work outdoors for entire shift and subject to weather conditions.
