Job Overview:
The Deputy Work Control Manager will support APTIM Federal Services in supplying leadership and guidance to the fast-paced operation of the Work Control team, who support a wide variety of Demand Maintenance Orders (DMO) across the Fort Benning installation.
This position is also responsible for overseeing the General Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS), Army Maintenance Activity (ArMA), and MAXIMO for analyzing, planning, oversight, accounting, and scheduling of hundreds of complex projects across the installation.
This job is a leadership role and as such, the position requires development skills to enhance our Work Control team and drive process improvement to ensure the team meets all deadlines while adhering to government guidelines and office procedures.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Manages and support a team that processes service orders on a variety of Base Operation Support functions to include HVAC, plumbing, electrical, grounds services, building monitoring, alarm maintenance, locksmith, and appliance services.
Ensure proper record keeping for labor, parts, and expenses utilizing General Funds Enterprise Business Systems (GFEBS), Army Maintenance Programs (ArMA), and MAXIMO Runs routine daily reports for cross reference between all systems Create, maintain, and manage Preventative Maintenance in MAXIMO and GFEBS Responsible for a broad spectrum of administrative duties to include training, safety compliance, and disciplinary actions for the work control tea Basic
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience being aDeputy Work Control Manager Education High Diploma orequivalent Valid State Driver's License Meet requirements for:
pre-employment physical, drug screening, background check, and MVR check (MVR points are subject to company policy) Must be able to obtain Common Access Card (CAC) PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
