Ability to do the work of an Ammunition Handler (Fork Lift Operator/Motor Vehicle Operator) without more than normal supervision. Assist with drawing ammunition and explosive items from an Ammunition Supply Point and deliver items to training area. I work under normal supervision of a work leader of journey-level employee who observes tasks in progress and upon completion to make sure they are properly performed Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating. Ability To Do The Work Of The position Without More Than Normal SupervisionAbility to Interpret Instructions, Specification, etc.Dexterity and SafetyKnowledge of Equipment Assembly, Installation, Repair, etc.Knowledge of MaterialsTechnical Practices (theoretical, precise, artistic)Use of Measuring Instruments Work requires reaching, bending, turning, pulling, standing and walking. There is frequent lifting, pushing and pulling of items weighing up to 20 pounds and occasional lifting of weights up to 50 pounds. Incumbent works in motor pools, ammunition supply points/igloos, ranges and training areas, and enclosed cab of vehicle. There is exposure to all types of weather conditions and all types of traffic where there is a possibility of serious accident. The operator is subject to cuts, bruises and broken bones as a result of accident or when loading and unloading vehicles. Work assignments involve a thorough knowledge of hazardous material handling, and related activities. Incumbent is required to successfully complete a variety of hazardous material classes.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
