Specialized
Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes assisting senior level analyst on advising management on budget and financial policies, procedures and regulations; preparing budget estimates, justification statements and/or budget execution plans; performing analysis of cost-benefit and planning, programming, budgeting program evaluation review and managing credit card travel program. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07) OR Education:
Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D. remove LL.B or J.D., if unrelated in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as:

Experience:
A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the first year (total graduate semester hours minus 18) by 18. Add the two percentages. To qualify at GS-11 Level:
Specialized
Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes Utilizing budget and finance policies, practices, procedures, regulations and guides pertinent to assigned workload; Determining whether obligations, expenditures, and allotments are within funding obligations; Determining whether estimates of funding needs and requests are in line with program plans; Reporting on funds that are obligated and expended. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09). OR Education:
Ph.D or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M. in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as:
Finance, etc. OR Combination of Education and
Experience:
A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
