One year of specialized experience which includes monitoring the execution of both new and established programs by assisting in the review of cost analysis, justifications of resources, and execution of performance schedules; Experience identifying and analyzing issues, developing recommendations that support operational changes; Experience compiling cost estimates and creating statistical reports, and developing cost comparison in support of the manpower management program. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09) OR Education:
Ph.D or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M. with a major study in any fields related to the position to be filled. OR Combination of Education and
Experience:
A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages. Specialized Experience GS-09:
One year of specialized experience which includes assist in identifying problems, analyzing accuracy of data and making recommendations concerning the efficiency and productivity of program operations to improve the use of resources. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07). OR Education:
A master's or higher level degree (including two full years leading to a Doctorate degree) from an accredited college or university in any field related discipline to the position being filled. (NOTE:

Experience:
Some specialized experience as described above, but less than one year, and less than two full years of graduate-level education as described above. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
